Art Camp for Grades K-9

Monday through Friday 9am - 3pm
Cumberland, Maine

Includes a full week of projects and personal interactions with Jackie’s Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats from the neighboring Haymaker Farm in Cumberland, Maine.

This youth art workshop provides students with high-quality materials and personalized instruction to explore a variety of mediums. Whether your child is a beginner or looking to refine their skills, our projects are tailored to each student’s goals. The following is taught in every weekly session:

  • Goat Art (new)

  • Ceramics

  • Glass Fusing

  • Mosaic

  • Drawing

  • Painting

Schedule & Groups
All students are grouped by age to ensure appropriate instruction and peer interaction.

  • Grades 2-5: July 27–31, 2026

  • Grades 6-9: August 3–7, 2026

What’s Included: All professional-grade art supplies and materials are provided. Students should bring a lunch and come ready to create.

Jackie Wride is a studio artist living in Cumberland, Maine.  Her aim is to enhance the local communities’ art awareness through various programs offered to all age groups.  Jackie’s work includes installation art, glass fusing incorporated into mosaic sculptures, and fine art ceramic elements. Currently, she is organizing a summer art camp and an after-school art workshop, plus plans for future pop-up workshops, all at her studio in a barn on an 1820s farm.
